Seasons of Love

Hmm... I recall that though autumn is a time when the plants begin to wither, it's also considered a season of abundance. Vibrant colors are everywhere, critters scurry about in a rush to finish storing their homes with food to eat before the winter season. The local farmers are hard at work to bring in the yield & as they toil in the fields for their meals, the wind blows with a wind that becomes blissfully crisp, feeling wonderful upon their weary brows.

With energy rekindled, the harvest is brought in & that same night, the farmers drank & made merry in celebration! For today, the crop they'd all sewn & tended to diligently, they had reaped & returned to them 10-fold what was owed. So, they sang old folk tales & nonsensical rhymes together with their husbands, & wives & children & even the mule as they supped.

Laughing & cheering beneath as they feasted beneath the pale harvest moon.

I actually think that spring & autumn complament each other really well.
